By initiating a subscription, you are granted access to the games and services available during your active subscription period. The charges associated with your subscription are required to unlock and maintain access to our platform's full game library, updates, and new content. Access to games is contingent upon the payment being successfully processed, and failure to pay or renew your subscription may result in the suspension or termination of access to the platform. All payments made are for the right to access and play games within the subscription period, and no ownership of the games or content is transferred to you upon payment.

When you sign up for a membership, we will initially charge a trial period fee, which will be refunded to you immediately. This is done to authorize your account. After the trial period, the full rate for the 28-day subscription will be charged to the credit card you provided during sign-up. Your subscription will automatically renew on a 28-day basis at the full subscription rate, unless you terminate your subscription before the renewal date.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and any associated data, subject to applicable laws.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cyprus, which will have exclusive jurisdiction. If any legal action is initiated to enforce these Terms & Conditions, the subscriber agrees to bear all legal fees, costs, and expenses associated with the action, including but not limited to attorney fees, whether or not the action is successful.
